Individual and couple sessions are opportunities to efficiently and effectively get to the heart of – and to work through, at the optimal pace – whatever issues or concerns you may have.

Sessions combine in-depth conversation with a fitting blend of psychotherapy, Gestalt, bodywork, emotional release, and spiritual deepening practices, in an atmosphere of care and safety. Depth is invited, but not forced. Breakthroughs, however common, are worked with in a manner that allows proper digestion and assimilation of whatever energies and insights have arisen.

What is needed usually becomes clear in the first session. The work that follows catalyzes and makes room for deep healing and integration. Though this is not always easy, it remains a powerfully illuminating and fulfilling process, rich with the sobering joy of living a deeper life, a life of wholeness and integrity. Facilitating this work with you is my vocation and privilege.

The fee for sessions is $200/hr for individuals and $250/hr for couples (my wife Diane and I are both present for every session). Packages of sessions may be prepaid for a 10% discount on 3 hours, which can spread out over a few days or a few weeks.
